The General Assembly meeting to discuss the request of Egypt and Albania

The meeting of the General Assembly to discuss the request of Egypt and Albania to increase their share of blue tuna, and although it was difficult dialogues, the lobby that Egypt established from friendly countries, especially the European Commission, Albania, Korea, China Taipei, the United Kingdom, China, Japan, Turkey, Malta, and among the Arab countries Tunisia and Algeria, did not None of the members objected to increasing Egypt’s share, and the objections focused on increasing the share of Albania. In the end, Egypt succeeded in presenting its point of view, and the General Assembly decided to approve an increase in Egypt’s share of tuna by 55.5%, to become 513 tons instead of 330 tons, with an unprecedented increase.
